Paleo Fast Food With Paleo 4X

Paleo fast food is an important topic to experienced Paleo dieters as well as beginners. There are diets out there that just require too much work and planning for some of us with busy lifestyles. Some of the Paleo recipes out there are quite complex and may take a lot of time and effort to prepare. This is where Paleo 4x comes into play.

The book is laid out in a very attractive form, the recipes are short and to the point and very easy to read as well as prepare. One nice feature is that each recipe has four “icons” to show you at a glance what foods are needed for the recipes. They read graphically like  egg + ham + spinach + cashews, only with pictures instead of words. This makes for a very easy and pleasant way to visualize the recipe.
