Believe it or not spring is right around the corner. This is the perfect time to start your Paleo diet to get ready for the warm weather ahead.
Winter is a difficult time for dieting. We are all shut in the house more than the warmer months. It is more difficult to do natural outdoor exercises, work up a sweat in the garden or any of the healthy exercises that are a natural part of the warmer months. Winter is notorious for overeating.
